Cyanogen OS má nový update. Verzia 13.1 prináša tzv. MODy. MOD je vlastne aplikácia tretej strany, ktorú si používateľ môže „umiestniť“ a použiť, ako sa mu páči. Napríklad Skype môže byť aplikáciou telefónu, Overnote pre telefón, e-mail apod.
