Ford Mach-e nezvláda strmé dlhé zjazdy, za posledných 14 dní už 6 kusov tohto elektromobilu v Nórsku zastavilo a uzamklo svoje kolesá z dôvodu prehriatia batérie spôsobeného rekuperáciou energie počas jazdy z hôr Geiranger a Trollstigen. Podľa Fordu ide o softvérovú chybu, ktorú plánuje opraviť v niektorej z budúcich aktualizácií vozidla.
